WM Bowls Indoor Rink Booking

Rink and Member Usage Report Admin users can now generate reports and graphs of the rink and member usage. These can be set to any 'from' and 'to' date, each column can be sorted by clicking on the column header. The reports are displayed online within the browser and can also be exported and printed as PDF format. They are best viewed on a PC/tablet but they can also be viewed on a mobile device and viewed by 'stretching' the screen or viewing in landscape. These reports will become more useful as the season progresses and can be compared to different months (and eventually years!).

Indoor Rink Time Slots To allow for more 1 hour time slots, especially for members wanting 'rollups' in the late afternoon, a change was made to the existing 2hr time slot of 16:30-18:30 (same as the rink bell setting) to become two 1hr time slots 16:00-17:00 and 17:00-18:00. This is now the same as the hardcopy rinkbook and therefore the same as last winter season 24-25. It doesn't affect any league matches, this time was just for rollups and other matches etc. The rink bell timings may now be changed.

Rink Verification For admin level users, changed the rink verification printed sheets so that the column marked 'Username' is changed instead to a column name 'member name'. We now can print the 'real' name of a member instead of their username, just for this report and not anywhere else (for security and privacy). It is because it is easier to track payments by members on the envelopes when they write their actual name, especially in some cases where the date is accidentally written incorrectly on the envelope. In pre-filled league and rollup bookings, the 'member name' column will still show the type of league or rollup.

Bulk Booking Enhancement: Added the functionality for admin level users to bulk book the entire kitchen or lounge for the day, this is the same function that already existed in the general release for booking the rinks. A couple of admin users had requested this enhancement, otherwise they needed to make multiple (single) bookings.

Double Booking Fix: Improved booking system to prevent duplicate submissions. Now when you click "Confirm Booking", the button will change to "Processing..." - please click only once and wait for confirmation. This issue was most likely to appear on a slow internet connection. The user was able to click the 'Confirm Booking' button more than once, now the button is disabled whilst 'Processing' is shown.
